A Guided Family Design Experience
LegacyMost families don’t need more information.
They need a place to think. A place to talk honestly about the questions that matter. A place to explore what is working, what isn’t, and what kind of family they hope to become over the next twenty years.
That’s why I created Legacy Lab.
Legacy Lab is for parents who want stronger relationships, more capable adult children, and greater clarity about the legacy they are creating.
It isn’t a course, financial plan, estate plan, or therapy. It’s a guided process of conversation, discovery, and design.
Over three months, a small group of families comes together to explore the opportunities and challenges that wealth creates, clarify what matters most, and begin building a framework that reflects their own values, priorities, and goals.

Imagine Leaving With More Than Answers
Imagine having greater clarity about the challenges your family is facing.
Imagine knowing what conversations need to happen and how to begin them.
Imagine feeling confident that your children are developing the skills, responsibility, and stewardship needed for the future.
Imagine having a practical framework that reflects your family’s values instead of someone else’s template.
Imagine moving from uncertainty to intention.
That is the purpose of Legacy Lab.

What Makes Legacy Lab Different?
What Makes Legacy Lab Different?
Most programs focus on information.
Legacy Lab focuses on design.
You won’t be handed a blueprint and told to follow it. Instead, you’ll explore ideas, examples, and frameworks that help you build something that reflects your family’s values, priorities, and goals.
- Every family is different.
- Different personalities.
- Different resources.
- Different opportunities.
- Different challenges.
The goal isn’t to create the same outcome.
It’s to help each family create the right outcome. The result is a Family Legacy Framework uniquely suited to your family.

The Experience
Session 1 – Understanding The Challenge
We begin by exploring the challenges many families face around wealth, responsibility, communication, fairness, and stewardship. Participants identify the specific issues they want to address and gain clarity around what is actually happening in their family today.
Session 2 – Creating The Vision
Before designing solutions, we need a destination. Together we’ll explore what success looks like, what values matter most, and what kind of family culture you hope to create over time.
Session 3 – Designing for Capability
We’ll explore a wide range of ideas that help families build responsibility, financial confidence, stewardship, decision making, and personal growth. Participants begin designing the capability side of their framework.
Your Personal AI Design Partner
One of the most unique aspects of Legacy Lab is the opportunity to create a personal AI thinking partner that supports you throughout the process.
Between sessions, you’ll engage in guided reflection and what I call Mirror Journaling. Rather than simply writing down your thoughts, you’ll have meaningful conversations that help you identify patterns, challenge assumptions, explore possibilities, and deepen your thinking.
Many participants discover that some of their most important breakthroughs happen between sessions as they continue reflecting on their family’s future.

Session 4 – Designing for Connection
We’ll explore structures that help families strengthen communication, create shared experiences, foster belonging, and stay connected across generations.
Participants begin designing the connection side of their framework.
Session 5 – Design Workshop
Participants share their emerging ideas, receive feedback, and learn from one another. This collaborative session often generates some of the most valuable insights of the entire experience.
Session 6 – Bringing it to Life
We focus on implementation. How do you introduce these ideas to your family? How do you handle concerns or resistance? How do you begin the conversation? Participants leave with a practical action plan and clear next steps.
The Power of the Group
Many families believe they are the only ones struggling with these questions.
They aren’t.
One of the most valuable aspects of Legacy Lab is discovering that thoughtful parents everywhere are wrestling with remarkably similar concerns.
The group creates a space where ideas can be shared, perspectives expanded, and new possibilities discovered.
Participants often leave saying that hearing another family’s experience helped them see their own situation in a completely different way.

Who Is Legacy Lab For?
Legacy Lab is designed for parents and grandparents who believe that legacy is about more than money.
It is for families who want stronger relationships, more meaningful conversations, greater capability in the next generation, and a more intentional approach to wealth and opportunity.
Most importantly, it is for people who are ready to stop hoping everything works out and start designing for the future they want to create.

You’ll also receive occasional emails from Ann Webb with insights, book club invitations, family legacy ideas, and new resources. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Legacy Lab is intentionally kept small so every family has the opportunity to participate fully. If you’re looking for a private experience designed specifically for your family, please reach out. I’d be happy to explore what might be a good fit.
